LAPPING Bore Finishing Technology: Core for Precision ID Fit

Our company has independently developed internal bore lapping (honing) technology, which can achieve a cylindricity control of less than 2 μm within the range of inner diameter Ø60~Ø100 mm and length 200~300 mm. This further enables the goal of achieving a fitting clearance of less than 4 μm between the spindle and the base, ensuring excellent motion smoothness, positioning accuracy, and structural rigidity.

This technology has been applied to our company's tailstock products and wheel dressing systems, demonstrating stable and reliable high-precision performance.

Tailstocks can be manufactured according to customer requirements, fully achieving the aforementioned levels of accuracy and rigidity, significantly enhancing the precision, rigidity, and controllability of the overall motion unit.

This technology can also be extended and applied to various motion units according to the needs of different machine models, effectively strengthening their performance and machining stability.
