Core-Technology|Wheel Dressing System
The spindle and base are designed with a precision fit tolerance of less
than 4 μm. The overall structure encompasses 20 critical components, with
geometric tolerances controlled within 2 μm to effectively ensure the
motion rigidity and positioning stability of the entire structure.
The driving leadscrew is positioned at the balance point of the motion
force, optimizing the force transmission path, enhancing responsiveness and
motion smoothness, and reducing the occurrence of stick-slip.
By integrating a precision-grade ground ball screw and a stepper motor or
servo drive system, a minimum feed rate of 1 μm can be achieved, ensuring
the flatness and accuracy of wheel dressing to meet the stringent precision
requirements of high-end grinding processes.
This system is suitable for wheel dressing operations on NC/CNC surface
grinders and cylindrical grinders. The dressing accuracy can be controlled
within ±2 μm in both the vertical (Y-axis) and horizontal (Z-axis)
directions, meeting high-precision dressing applications.
The system features low torque drive characteristics (Y-axis and Z-axis
driving torque of 500±100 gf.cm), and the dressing point rigidity reaches
over 0.5 μm/kg, ensuring excellent sensitivity and stability during
dressing.
